Our adventure begins with the purchase of our home - which actually should be called a farm - almost 5 acres with a barn, a shop, and pastures. We're building a self-sustaining life and homeschooling our boys. With this blog, I hope to document and share our adventures of farming and schooling and life.
About us....
My name is Jen and I am married to the love of my life, Steve. We have two boys, Tyler and Hunter. We moved to the beautiful state of Washington in August 2009 and this is where we will be retiring. Steve retired after serving our country for almost 23 years and has gone to work in the civilian world. Our oldest son is autistic and we are attempting to stabilize our lives and get back to basics in order to help him.
